1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 555pub ("555pub," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 555pub online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at 555pub (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any 555pub service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

555pub reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification (such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, or passport). Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section. Any misrepresentation of eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any account balance.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the 555pub Platform, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one (1) 555pub account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• KYC Verification: 555pub is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and any other documents reasonably requested by 555pub to complete verification.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 555pub login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify 555pub immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Account Closure: 555pub reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

555pub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out in these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 555pub Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 555pub accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.
• Minimum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your 555pub account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
• Withdrawal Verification: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and matching your verified account details. 555pub reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Processing Times: Deposit processing times vary by payment method. Withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to five (5) business days, subject to verification requirements and the policies of the receiving financial institution.
• No Third-Party Payments: You may not deposit funds on behalf of another person, nor may you request that a third party deposit funds into your account. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Currency: All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 555pub does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any cryptocurrency or foreign currency.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

555pub offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 555pub reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.
• Modification and Withdrawal: 555pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to players who have accepted an offer in good faith.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 555pub Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. The following general principles apply to all gameplay on 555pub:

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 555pub Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus offers.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by the 555pub Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 555pub staff, support agents, or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. Responsible Gaming

555pub is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 555pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

555pub's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 555pub account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

555pub does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Privacy & Data

555pub collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 555pub Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments to These Terms

In the event of a dispute between you and 555pub, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 555pub's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 555pub from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
